The below terms apply to each and every sale conducted by Pennington Appraisal & Auction LLC. Under certain circumstances, terms may vary by sale and will be clearly defined in the auction bill/description. As always, auction day announcements will precede printed matter.

Full payment: All items must be paid for in full before the bidder leaves the premises. Nothing may be removed until it is paid for in full.

No Warranty: All items are sold as is, meaning without guarantee of any kind. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid.

Disputes: In the event of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between the two bidders. If any other dispute arises, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open bidding all together. The auctioneer's decisions are final.

Buyer's Responsibility: After you have been declared the successful bidder, the item(s) become your responsibility at this point even though you may not have yet paid for the item(s). The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Buyers should safe-guard their items accordingly.

Personal Injury: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage and further agrees to hold the auctioneer harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
